18 and Life!

This obsession of Skid Row and Sebastian Bach was the theme for my best friend's 30Th birthday. The chocolate cake was filled with chocolate truffle and iced with butter cream and fondant.

Baby John Deere

This 1st birthday cake was shipped in peices, frozen, then assembled by the customer a week later. Local and long distance orders can be customized to achieve this if delivery on the requested date is unavailable.

Damask Cupcake

These cupcakes were prepared for the opening of a salon downtown. The damask image was hand stamped on one with a customized royal icing logo on the other.

Lily (baby shower)

The fondant flower represents the baby to be's name for a more delicate appearance.

Each layer was a different flavour to accomodate all of the guests: top- carrot cake with cream cheese icing, middle-white cake with lemon curd, bottom-chocolate with truffle filling.
